超聲波清洗的主要機(jī)理是空化作用，而清洗劑表面張力、蒸汽壓、黏度等特性與超聲波空化強(qiáng)弱息息相關(guān)，不同的清洗劑其空化閥值也不同。當(dāng)清洗劑表面張力大、黏度大時(shí)是不利于超聲波空化的，而高蒸汽壓也會降低空化強(qiáng)度。因此，表面張力大、蒸汽壓高和黏度大的清洗劑都不利于超聲波清洗。
