However, the arm joint of the manipulator does not have enough rigidity and precision, so this method is often not suitable for use in many cases. In addition, due to the different structures of parts, some parts cannot be deburred by this method, so other deburring devices are required.

It is specially designed for rotating or deburring small diamonds. The parts are placed in a large container filled with granular ceramic media. The size of these media depends on the type, size and material of the burred parts. The rapid reciprocating vibration of the container makes each part of the part move, friction ceramic medium, deburring, and polishing the surface of the part. The process of thermal burr cleaner is the process of oxidizing powder at high temperature. The burr cleaner seals the burr part in a container filled with high-pressure combustible gas mixed with oxygen, and is surrounded by the mixed gas no matter what the position of the external, internal or blind hole is. After the spark plug ignites the mixture, it will generally produce a transient heat wave. The ratio of surface area of burr to gas is so high that the burr burns. After 30 seconds, the burr is continuously oxidized to powder with a cycle time of 15~, and then the workpiece is cleaned by solvent.

電化學（也稱為電解）去毛刺機利用電化學反應(yīng)將部件中的金屬材料溶解到電解液中，從而去除部件上的毛刺。工具電極接直流電源負極，毛刺元件接電源正極。然后將電解液連接到直流電源，作為陽極的金屬逐漸發(fā)生電化學溶解，以達到去除（或形成）毛刺的目的。

Electrochemical (also known as electrolysis) deburring machine uses electrochemical reaction to dissolve metal materials in components into electrolyte, so as to remove burrs on components. The tool electrode is connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply, and the burr element is connected to the positive pole of the power supply. Then the electrolyte is connected to the DC power supply, and the metal as the anode is gradually electrochemical dissolved to remove (or form) burrs.
