Its working principle is to impact the surface of the workpiece through high-pressure water spraying and combine the chemical decontamination, oil removal and water cutting capabilities of the cleaning agent to make the workpiece clean.

噴淋系統(tǒng)：噴淋清洗共兩套，一道采用藥劑噴淋清洗，二道采用噴淋漂洗，三道采用噴淋漂洗、四道采用噴淋漂洗，五道采用噴淋防銹、內(nèi)腔設(shè)噴管，噴管上設(shè)不銹鋼噴嘴，上下噴淋管?chē)娮扉g錯(cuò)布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗區(qū)域確保工件清洗時(shí)無(wú)噴淋盲區(qū)，保證工件清洗的潔凈度。

除油裝置：由于前清洗工位的處理量較大，所以清洗液中的含油量較多，為了防止排水中含油量過(guò)大，此工位設(shè)有除油系統(tǒng)。

Oil removal device: because the treatment capacity of the front cleaning station is large, the oil content in the cleaning solution is large. To prevent excessive oil content in the drainage, the station is equipped with an oil removal system.

過(guò)濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：循環(huán)過(guò)濾槽內(nèi)清洗劑，提高清洗效果。采用袋式過(guò)濾器。

Filtering and circulating system: circulating the cleaning agent in the filtering tank to improve the cleaning effect. Bag filter is used.

切水系統(tǒng)：切水腔內(nèi)單獨(dú)排放到總排水管中，在進(jìn)料和出料外設(shè)有隔離段，防止水霧互竄;前后部設(shè)可拆式檢修窗，以便于設(shè)備檢修和清理。

Shearing water system: the shearing water chamber is separately discharged into the main drain pipe, and an isolation section is set outside the feeding and discharging to prevent water mist from channeling; Removable access windows are set at the front and rear to facilitate equipment maintenance and cleaning.

抽氣系統(tǒng)：各個(gè)噴淋與風(fēng)切段都在側(cè)面開(kāi)有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內(nèi)裝拉西環(huán)，配備離心風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行抽氣
